My favorite season

Spring is here and this is probably my favorite time of year.  The weather is hard to beat, things are in bloom and the kids in my classroom really start to show all the progress we have made.  They are growing right before my eyes just like the flowers in the yard!  🙂  Our curriculum is also filled with lots of fun things as well.  We plant things, we watch the transformation of a caterpillar to a butterfly, we take our first field trip and we tie up lose ends on some cumulative projects we have been working on.  All good things happening at Lil’ Einsteins Preschool!  Here are just a few pictures of our week.

Watch me grow. We talked about what is needed to make a seed grow. Each child was able to plant their own seeds and we will wait to see the sprouts appear. They are very excited and a little disappointed that it didn't happen by the end of class on Thursday ;)

We learned the parts of a flower this week while doing an independent craft at one our centers. They turned out great!
